New Equipment in ERS

We have recently acquired a new portable indirect ophthalmoscope which facilitates thorough retinal assessments for patients who are bedridden or unable to come to the clinic.

We also acquired a portable tonopen which is an instrument to allow the accurate measurement of intraocular eye pressures for glaucoma patients who may be too ill or old or young to sit up at our standard slit lamp machines for the measurement.
